Supported operating systems

Electronic Service Agent can be installed on supported operating
systems. Ensure that your systems is running a supported operating
system level before you install.

Linux

Electronic Service Agent on Linux supports the following operating

VMware

Electronic Service Agent supports the following versions of VMware:

Note: VMware is only supported when running on systems that include an
Integrated Management Module (IMM).

Hypervisor

Electronic Service Agent also supports RHEV-H Blue 6.1.

2.1.2 Supported web browsers

The Electronic Service Agent interface must be accessed using a web
browser.



The following web browsers are supported by Electronic Service Agent for
use with the Electronic Service Agent web interface:
